Our recommended menu is “Liver Steak”, and also the “White Omasum Sashimi” that we carefully prepare. For those who are not too fond of horumon, we would suggest the “temples” and “belly meat”.

I want to become the horumon missionary to spread the words about the deliciousness, and interesting parts of this unique horumon to those who don’t know about them yet. Horumon is when you eat it right away after you crush it. To allow everyone to eat it instantly, we will have them carefully prepared.

Counter seats are also available, so this is a restaurant that allows you to casually get a drink before going home after work. This is a place where you can enjoy your fulfilling time alone with the umami of horumon, and you grill your food on hot plates.

The reason why I opened Manten, is because I want to make everyone super happy. Because I want everyone to have a fun time. I want to entertain those who are having a bad day, or having a tough time.
